Abstract

This study aims to determine how pedagogical issues are affected by the gender of the teacher, particularly among males and females who teach English at the higher education level.The quantitative data for this study will allow for statistical comparison of teaching results between male and female educators, and the qualitative data will explore the subtleties of their instructional practices. This study will, therefore, impact teaching effectiveness by pointing out successful strategies and areas for development through a proof and success study. This research study contributes to the broader conversation on gender and education. It plugs the gap in understanding the effects of gender on teaching methods in higher education settings. Through outcomes, it is projected that the level of education in the English language will be improved upon both for instructors and students improvement in the better realization of the students via effective, inclusive, and equitable teaching practices.
